Whooo!!! We have finally reached the Ganges River. Having waited and planned one whole year for it, we are now hyped up and really excited for a nice long trip along the River.
In fact, we have decided to blog down the wonderful sceneries and landscapes as we trek along the River.
Some cool general information about the Ganges River:
1) It holds symbolic meanings to followers of Hinduism.
2) It is formed by 5 head streams.
3) The mouth of the river leads to the Bay of Bengal, forming a delta 354km wide.
